About the Role
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who thrives at the crossroads of leadership, hands-on engineering, and solving problems that don’t come with an instruction manual. You’ll lead a team of talented backend and frontend engineers who are building the bridges between systems that power the full customer journey for financial institutions.
In this role, you won’t just be overseeing work, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves, writing and reviewing production code, guiding architecture decisions, and coaching engineers to deliver their best work.…
