About this role
We are looking for eGO (emagine Global Oparations) Integration & Transition Specialist. As a part of our eGO Integrations & Transitions Team you will be responsible for executing operational change and business integrations. Cooperating closely with other Teams working as centre of excellence for operational expertise, transformation, governance and continuous knowledge development.
Your role:
- Lead Operational Finance workstreams during M&A integrations, migrations, carve-outs and legal entity transitions.
- Own transition planning, cutover preparation, hypercare activities and operational handover into business-as-usual operations.…
