About this role

**This position is a direct hire with one of our clients. This role is fully remote working a 9/80 schedule with alternating Fridays off. Candidates must be available to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or visa.** Our client is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead to help drive the next phase of growth for its engineering organization. This newly created role was established as part of a strategic team expansion and will play a key role in building and leading a newly formed compliance-focused development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior software engineer who enjoys mentoring others while remaining hands-on with technology.
