Charge Line Operator Location : New Lisbon, WI Shift: 1st - 5 am - 1:30 p.m. - Mandatory overtime on a regular basis. Position Summary: Charge, test, and troubleshoot refrigeration units. Responsibilities: Evacuate, charge, test, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration units in a production environment. Pull a vacuum on refrigeration systems and charge units with the proper type and amount of refrigerant. Perform refrigerant recovery in accordance with established procedures. Pressure test and leak check refrigeration systems, identifying and correcting leaks as needed. Operate and interpret refrigeration gauges, system pressures, and chart recorders to verify proper unit performance. Perform electrical testing and diagnostics using digital multimeters and Hipot testing equipment.…
