Requirements: Must become proficient on all equipment in the sheet metal department Ability to make setups on assigned machines according to blueprints Must be conscious of quality at all times—always checking shear size BEFORE starting a run, checking the first run piece and every 10 pieces with proper print for proper part Must do preventative measurement/bend checks before starting run Must be willing and able to train others to perform the job Must possess a good attitude and ability to work well with others Must have the ability to communicate well with other departments and supervision Must possess basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator and basic measuring tools Flexible schedule and mindful of work load required All other duties as assigned This position reports to th…
