GENERAL SUMMARY This position provides regulatory support to Energy Northwest line organizations with special emphasis on environmental requirements, state regulation, federal regulations and reporting. Responds to Washington State and federal agency requests for information. Maintains frequent contact with federal regulators and Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC) and other state regulatory agencies. Provides management direction and is the Management Representative for the Energy Northwest Environmental Stewardship Program. Establishes requirements, goals, and reporting methods. Oversees actions necessary to maintain the Environmental Stewardship Program.…
