GENERAL SUMMARY This position works with the agency’s strategic plan, operational leaders, and the guidance within the agencies financial strategy to identify financial resource needs, lead efforts to ensure financial resource needs are well understood, approved, and acquired. Responsible for engaging in the rate case process where financial resources are acquired for some generating assets. The Financial Planning Manager has oversight responsibilities for Energy Northwest’s long-range planning and financial forecasting process.
