About The Role: The Head of Transaction Monitoring is responsible for defining, owning, and continuously evolving Enfuce’s transaction monitoring and screening capabilities across fraud and financial crime. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, this role operates as a first line of defence (1LOD) leader, ensuring that transaction monitoring (fraud & AML) and PEP/sanctions screening are executed effectively, at scale, and in line with Enfuce’s risk appetite and regulatory obligations. The role leads a hybrid team structure, including a Fraud Team Lead with a dedicated team, as well as AML analysts reporting directly, and is accountable for evolving the team structure over time to support Enfuce’s growth.…
