You will analyze and resolve delinquent customer issues, developing and executing action plans to swiftly recover overdue payments. This role requires expert communication to clearly evaluate account status, resolve complex discrepancies, and skillfully manage difficult customer conversations. You will be empowered to solve problems quickly and collaborate with Sales, Senior Management, and other departments to accelerate the collection process and optimize cash flow.
