This is a pivotal opportunity to work on complex L2/L3 incidents, improve live network stability and contribute directly to the reliable delivery of high-performing 5G Cloud Core services. You will work closely with product, project, service delivery and problem management teams to reduce outages, prevent repeat faults and safely introduce new CCxx releases into customer networks.
