About this role

Join our Team About this opportunity The main purpose is to take full responsibility and ensure configuration/updates/Trouble tickets handling on various Core nodes related to 5G/VoLTE Network. What you will do • Troubleshooting on Ericsson SAPC, CCPC and SCP 5G/VoLTE Network. • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance. • Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc) • Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (TT/CSR/SR) • Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments • Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project. • Outage reporting • Adherence to Processes The skills you bring • Expertise on Diameter & HTTP Signaling. • Diameter & HTTP Cause Codes and its understanding. • VoLTE/5G Call flows and Call scenarios, Multiple Test Cases, AT and clear understanding.…
