Summary We are looking for a Transactional Email Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of transactional email communications across the ESET customer lifecycle. Job description In this role, you will make sure customers and partners receive the right communication, at the right moment, with the right content when important events occur, from trial activation and purchase to renewal, upgrade, onboarding and other subscription or account changes. You will work at the intersection of marketing automation, customer experience, technology and product, coordinating transactional email requirements across multiple teams and markets.
