Role Overview This role is responsible for overseeing various aspects related to lease management, marketing, refurbishment, dilapidations, inspections, and financial management within the real estate portfolio. The role involves collaborating with different teams, managing external agents, and ensuring compliance with lease obligations. Key Responsibilities Lease Events Management: Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, break options, and lease re-gears. Coordinate with third-party agents when necessary, agreeing on fees and managing the process. Ensure proper documentation recorded by solicitors and update the property management database. Maintenance of Property Database: Liaise with the Property Management Accountant to maintain the “Yardi” Property Management Database.…
