About this role

The Contracts & Procurement Manager will support and manage contract andprocurement processes throughout the design and construction phases of ESR’s data centre development projects in Japan. Acting as a key coordinator between internal teams (Construction Management, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Asset Management) and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants, and joint venture partners), this role ensures that all contract and procurement activities are executed efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with local regulations.
