Scope of work Support the Capital Transactions team across various workstreams throughout the internship, with exposure to real estate investment, capital transactions and portfolio management activities. Investment Evaluation Support the evaluation of potential real estate investment opportunities across core/development assets in Southeast Asia, including both equity and debt structures Assist in assessing investment rationale, risks, opportunities and potential returns. Financial Modelling Support to build and update financial models to analyse deal-level economics, sensitivity scenarios, and investment return metrics, including IRR, equity multiple, cash-on-cash returns.…
