Manager, Investment & Asset Management, at Kendall Square Asset Management(“KSAMC”) leads the entire work process of acquisition and disposition for the logistics centers, responsible for business planning, licensing, civil complaint resolution, financing, development, investment and communicating with ESR Group, reporting etc. In addition to the project budgeting and execution, carrying out investment portfolio planning and execution for our capital source (development and income).
