About this role

The Opportunity ESR Motor Systems is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and grow an assigned Pennsylvania territory. This home-based, field-sales position is supported by our Mechanicsburg branch and experienced inside-sales team. Candidates may live anywhere in Pennsylvania. The territory will be structured around the successful candidate’s location and ESR’s business needs. Most customer travel can be completed within the same day, with occasional visits to Mechanicsburg. The primary focus is new-account development: identifying prospective industrial customers, understanding their operations and applications, solving problems, and converting opportunities into profitable, long-term business.
