About this role

Direct operational responsibility for service delivery performance for cargo warehouse, freighter ramp, and road feeder services at stations within a designated area. Responsible to manage locally based Etihad Cargo teams – internal and external - via implementation of effective SGHA/SLA and KPI monitoring ensuring that service delivery standards and achievement of procedural compliance is maintained across the area and well aligned with Commercial expectations and product development. Accountabilities Establish and maintain strong working relationships with service providers, ramp handlers, GSAs, commercial teams, and airport authorities to ensure adequate resourcing and drive On-Time Departure (OTP) performance, particularly for freighter and RFS operations.…
