About this role
As Manager Cargo Revenue, you’ll own cargo revenue for your area—leading Revenue Analysts to optimize the portfolio and maximize freighter, belly, and RFS utilization. You’ll partner with Network Planning, Commercial, Operations, and Pricing to align actions with strategy. You’ll also drive the new RM system rollout and refine RM frameworks (e.g., SCB and Entry Conditions). Accountabilities Lead and develop a team of Revenue Analysts managing a regional portfolio of routes. Monitor portfolio KPIs (LF, SCB) and drive continuous improvement. Conduct regular 1:1s and team reviews to challenge assumptions, validate RM strategies, and reinforce contribution-based steering.
