About this role

Synopsis We are seeking an experienced Operations Systems Specialist to lead the optimisation and delivery of airport operational systems, with a primary focus on the Departure Control System (DCS). Acting as the bridge between Airport Operations, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will drive system enhancements, lead strategic projects, support airport deployments, and translate operational needs into technology solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and the passenger experience. Key Accountabilities Act as the SME for the Departure Control System (DCS), providing functional expertise and support to stakeholders across the airport operation.
