About this role

Purpose for the role: We're looking for a Sales Automation Specialist to sit between our business teams and technical developers, turning agency incentive structures, performance dashboards, and website content into automated, accurate, and easy-to-use systems. You'll play a hands-on role across Databricks-driven calculations, Tableau reporting, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) website components, within the airline/travel industry. Accountabilities Gather and translate business requirements, agency incentive schemes, target structures, and reporting needs, into clear technical specs for developers.
