About this role

Synopsis We are seeking a Software Development Lead to lead engineering squads responsible for delivering and enhancing Etihad Airways' web and mobile applications. The role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery oversight to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions. Accountabilities Lead and mentor software development squads across web and mobile platforms. Own technical delivery, ensuring alignment with business and product priorities. Partner with Product, Architecture, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver customer-facing digital solutions. Drive Agile delivery, managing risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
