Ob Panne, Unfall oder Fahrzeugausfall – bei Europ Assistance organisierst du als Kundenberater Inbound (w/m/d) schnelle Hilfe für unsere Kund:innen. Du bist die erste Stimme, die Sicherheit gibt, und sorgst dafür, dass sie schnell wieder mobil sind. Kein Sales, sondern echter Service mit Verantwortung am Standort München oder Rostock mit viel Homeoffice. Deine Aufgaben: Du nimmst telefonische Kundenanliegen rund um Pannenhilfe, Abschleppservice oder Mietwagenorganisation sowie zur Haus- oder Familienversicherung an Du koordinierst Hilfsmaßnahmen für internationale Kund:innen – vom Abschleppdienst bis zur Ersatzmobilität.…
