About this role

EverPass is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operations Specialist to support our growing business by managing customer billing, order processing, subscription administration, and revenue operations within NetSuite. This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately entered, subscriptions are properly configured, invoices are generated correctly, and billing records remain accurate throughout the customer lifecycle. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales, this individual will play a key role in maintaining billing accuracy and supporting operational excellence as EverPass continues to scale.…
