Job Description Department: Nursing Classification: BSO-RPN Position: Permanent Full-Time 75hrs bi-weekly Assignment (shift & Floor): 8:00AM – 4:00PM Approximate Start Date: October 3rd, 2026 We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual whose main focus would be geared to the residents of Extendicare Countryside. The incumbent will be in-home behavioral support lead for residents, staff and family.
