Job Summary The Fischer Group is seeking an AI Continuous Improvement Specialist to translate business problems into practical process improvements across the organization. This role uses detailed process mapping, process flow diagrams, and stakeholder analysis to understand how work is performed, identify friction and opportunities, and partner with teams to drive process changes, standardization, and continuous improvement. As part of the AI Team, the specialist will help determine where AI, automation, and enabling technology can create clear value while influencing change across all levels of the organization through clear communication and partnership.…
