About this role
Job Summary The Structural Design Engineer at The Fischer Group develops efficient, value-focused engineering solutions that support Fischer Homes’ product offerings and construction operations. In this role, you will design basic structural components, evaluate field conditions, develop repair drawings, and help resolve construction challenges before they create schedule delays. You will work across architecture, construction, estimating, purchasing, permitting, warranty, GCL, Division Construction Teams, and Build-Right to support constructible, compliant, and consistent design practices. This is an opportunity to apply technical judgment, research, and accuracy to improve both new and existing home designs. This position is 100% onsite starting day one.…
