Commercial Portfolio Property Manager

Farbman Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial property portfolio. The Property Manager will ensure a portfolio of properties are maintained to high standards, drive tenant satisfaction, and maximize financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management. Develop and implement property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.
