Onsite Maintenance Technician – Farbman Group Farbman Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Onsite Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is based at an assigned commercial property and performs routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to keep the property safe, functional, and well maintained for tenants and staff. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues. Complete general repairs, including painting, drywall, carpentry, and door hardware. Respond promptly to tenant service requests and maintenance emergencies.…
