About this role

Deine Mission Als Bauleiter / Construction Manager (m/w/d) für Agri-PV bei feld.energy bist du das operative Rückgrat unserer Agri-PV-Projekte. Du sorgst dafür, dass aus Planung Realität wird – direkt auf der Baustelle, im engen Austausch mit Projektmanagement, Technik und externen Partnern. Dabei verbindest du klassisches Bauhandwerk mit innovativen Energielösungen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Anlagen nicht nur termingerecht, sondern auch qualitativ hochwertig und nachhaltig umgesetzt werden. Dein Einsatzgebiet ist regional (Bayern & Baden-Württemberg) – ohne Übernachtungen. Du arbeitest zu ca. 60–80 % auf der Baustelle und ergänzt flexibel im Homeoffice oder Büro. Keine bundesweiten Baustellen, keine dauerhaften Hotelaufenthalte – stattdessen planbare Projekte in deiner Region.…
