Job Summary The OPS Non-Student ITS Event Support Associate helps deliver and support technology used in campus events, classes, and meetings. Job Description Typical duties include but not limited to: Delivers, installs, troubleshoots, and operates audio visual systems, streaming platforms, and computers used in classes, meetings, conferences, and other special events. Ensures correct operation of audio-visual equipment, assists users with operational issues, and provide excellent customer service. Learns to use basic software tools to enhance audio and video sources. Assists in processing customer requests. Assists in tracking tickets in work order system. Other duties: Performs other job-related duties as assigned.…
