Job Summary The Student Tour Guide and Welcome Center Representative interacts with the public on a regular basis through campus tours, in-person conversations, and telephone calls. As a Student Tour Guide you will also assist in on-campus recruitment events such as Eagle EXPO and Say Yes to the Nest. Job Description Typical duties include but are not limited: Ensures high quality customer service and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere within the Welcome Center. Provides campus tours. Greets visitors to campus and provide them with relevant information according to their needs. Answers incoming calls/screens and routes the calls to the proper resource if unable to assist caller.…
