Job Summary The PRT Operations Associate, will assist with the management and enhancement of our relationships with potential and existing PRT clients, ensuring their ongoing operational support and satisfaction. The PRT Operations Associate will report to the Director, PRT Client Management. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for PRT clients and our Third-Party Administrator throughout transaction integrations, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing client satisfaction. Participate in updating and evolving the Integration Project Plan for each client. Participate in regular client meetings to review project progress, address concerns, and adapt plans as needed based on client feedback.…
