Job Summary The VP, Capital Markets & Strategic Initiatives is a senior leader responsible for advancing the organization’s capital markets strategy, liquidity management, capital optimization, and related strategic initiatives. This role leads the development and execution of strategies that support the organization’s long-term growth, desired capital profile, liquidity objectives, and financial flexibility across holding and operating companies. This position reports to the SVP, Capital Management & Treasurer and will collaborate across Finance, Investments, Risk, and business teams to assess liquidity needs, evaluate funding alternatives, enhance liquidity management capabilities, and support strategic initiatives.…
