About this role

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and help build a new centralized recruiting operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can successfully balance full-cycle recruiting responsibilities with team and process management. The person in this role will initially be directly involved in recruiting while helping establish the structure, processes, and team needed to support the operation as it grows. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, learn existing processes and systems, coordinate recruiting resources, and gradually build and manage a team that may include Recruiters, Sourcers, and Onboarding Specialists.…
