Key Responsibilities Maintenance Planning Review incoming maintenance work requests and convert approved requests into properly scoped work orders. Develop detailed job plans including scope of work, job instructions, required labor and estimated hours, required skills/crafts, parts and materials, special tools, contractor requirements, safety requirements, permits and LOTO considerations, and relevant drawings/manuals. Conduct field reviews of equipment when necessary to properly define work scope. Ensure parts, materials, tools, and documentation are available before work is placed on the schedule. Identify opportunities to improve job plans based on technician feedback and completed work history. Develop reusable job plans for repetitive maintenance activities.…
