Job Description: The Role As a member of the Asset Management Human Resources organization, you will join the Asset Management Talent Development team and serve as the lead Performance Consultant for the Asset Management Technology and Asset Management Finance organizations. You will also lead the Asset Management Skills of the Future initiative. Key responsibilities include: Conducting learning and performance needs analyses to identify capability gaps and business opportunities. Designing, developing, and implementing learning and talent solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
