About this role

Job Description: Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. This job requires you to live in the Greater Spokane, WA or Coeur d'Alene area, as you will be working on local client campuses 4-5 days a week. The Role As a Workplace Financial Consultant (WFC) within Fidelity’s Workplace Education, Planning & Advice (WEPA) organization, you serve as a trusted partner to plan sponsors, Human Resources representatives, participants, and internal Fidelity partners. In this role, you are responsible for driving participant engagement and maximizing the value of employer-sponsored benefits programs, including 401(k), 403(b), equity compensation, stock plans, and other workplace benefits.…
