Recovery Analyst Student

About the role: Forter is looking for a Recovery Analyst Student to join our team and help increase our merchants’ margins by fighting fraud chargebacks. As a member of our growing Recoveries team, you will manually submit dispute cases to recover funds on behalf of our merchants. You’ll work hands-on across payment platform portals, track each case through to its outcome, and help us keep our success rates high. Most of our process is automated, and this role owns the part that still requires a person to handle manually. We are looking for a results-driven person with strong attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility, and a strong teamwork mentality.
