About this role
The Team Freeths Top Tier and Top Ranked Real Estate Litigation team act for a wide range of commercial businesses, institutions, landed estates and individuals on all Real Estate and property disputes. Comprising of over 20 dedicated Real Estate litigation lawyers across our 12 offices, the team in Bristol is led by Daniel Cuthbert who is highly ranked in Chambers and Partners 2025 and one of the leading lawyers in the UK when dealing with cases involving the Telecommunications Code. In addition, Daniel has a strong retail, development and public sector practice. Working closely with Daniel is David Shakesby and David Quinn whom are both property disputes experts with specialisms across leasehold enfranchisement, complex contractual disputes and highways.…
