Perform quality control testing of raw materials and finished products and maintain related records. Prepare and manage Certificates of Analysis (COA). Maintain witness samples and laboratory documentation in accordance with company procedures. Support customer complaint investigations through testing and reporting activities. Ensure compliance with TSE, ASTM, DIN and internal testing standards. Lead and support continuous improvement (OPEX) initiatives. Coordinate product inspections, audits and certification activities.
