Act as the technical point of contact for technical disruptions, quality deviations, and unstable processes in day-to-day operations. Independently resolve technical and process-related issues and implement minor improvements within existing guidelines, standards, and areas of responsibility. Coordinate the Dual Source process from initial request through final approval. Provide professional support to the Team Leader in day-to-day operations during their absence, without assuming disciplinary responsibilities.…
