Accurately enter, maintain, and update sales orders, including changes, cancellations, returns, and special requests. Monitor open orders, backorders, blocked orders, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment. Identify and resolve order exceptions, shipment delays, and fulfillment issues through proactive problem-solving. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure seamless order execution.
