Set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary manufacturing operations. Investigate process issues, identify root causes, and help implement effective corrective actions. Partner with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and process-related challenges. Support new product launches, process transfers, equipment installations, and engineering trials. Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and process parameters. Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.…
