Responsibilities: Maintain customer communication and work closely with the Value Stream Manager, Process Engineer, and Logistics team to ensure the effective execution of quality-related activities. Investigate customer complaints and coordinate the 8D problem-solving process. Initiate and support quality improvement projects aimed at reducing scrap and customer complaint costs. Conduct and document process and product audits. Represent customer requirements across various areas of the organization. Qualifications: Secondary or higher education degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role.
