About this role

We are looking for a Software Engineer – Application Support to keep GAC’s business applications reliable, available, and running smoothly. If you are someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting users, and working with technology teams to reduce disruption to daily operations, this role is for you. Requirements What would your day at GAC look like? Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support for business applications, including troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests, and supporting day-to-day operations. Manage customer issues within agreed service levels, clear communication, timely follow-up, and appropriate escalation when needed. Maintain strong technical and functional knowledge of supported applications, infrastructure, and related business processes.…
