Starting Pay & Incentives:
- Certified RBTs: $19.00 – $24.00 / hour
- Uncertified / Entry-Level: $18.00 – $19.00 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)
- Growth Track: Structured compensation & performance evaluations every 6 months
