About this role

Gallo Mechanical is a New Orleans-based, private equity-backed mechanical contractor growing both organically and through acquisition. The M&A Integration Manager is the finance and accounting professional on each deal: pre-close, supporting the CFO, FP&A and corporate development on financial diligence; post-close, working with the Director of Accounting to bring the acquired company onto Gallo’s books, systems and controls. The role covers all of Gallo, including GML (construction) and GMS (service), and is hands-on, from WIP schedules to a seller’s bookkeeper. It is also part of a broader rotational development program for finance and accounting talent at Gallo, with a path into other roles across the company.…
