About this role
Gallo Mechanical is looking for a Sheet Metal Mechanic. The Sheet Metal Mechanic is responsible for assembling, installing and repairing sheet metal products and equipment, such as ducts, control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings. Job Responsibilities Installing HVAC equipment (VAV’s, Fans, etc.), Grilled and Diffusers. Inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces. Installing prefabricated sheet metal ducts used for heating, air conditioning, or other purposes. Reading blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of duct systems. Requirements A High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years as a sheet metal journeyman with experience in commercial service; or equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience.…
