About this role
We are seeking a Traveling Sheet Metal Foreman to lead and manage commercial and industrial sheet metal projects. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly preferred to help effectively communicate with a diverse workforce. The Foreman will oversee job site operations, ensure high-quality craftsmanship, maintain project schedules, and enforce safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation, along with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and direct a team of ~10-16 sheet metal workers on job sites.
